Martha S.

Martha graduated in July 2025. She studied History and developed a strong interest in marketing in her final year through elective modules.

Independently, she took on social media responsibility for a local football team, managing content to help increase engagement and build the team's online presence.

She describes herself as sociable, hardworking and determined.

Fledgling Work placed Martha at Great Yellow as a Communications & Marketing Assistant.

Anastasiia S.

Anastasiia studied journalism, advertising and PR, and discovered a love for graphic design and content production through her course. She put that into practice early, helping with content and marketing for her family's business and growing her own TikTok account organically.

Fledgling Work placed Anastasiia at Mosey Cafe, where she is currently working on a project basis, supporting the owner with content for the business and bringing her own ideas to the table.

Anastasiia is determined, resourceful and open to further project work.

Erin C.

Erin balanced her studies and a job in hospitality while taking on a 12-week placement with an HR tech start-up, supporting presentation design and video editing projects.

The role gave her hands-on experience managing stakeholders and expectations, alongside using the latest AI tools to work more creatively and efficiently.

Fledgling Work placed Erin with the business to gain real project experience around her existing commitments. She's open to further project work

Cerys G.

Cerys graduated with a First in Drama from the University of Exeter, having won a competitive university bursary to complete an internship at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut, one of only two students selected.

Alongside her theatre background, Cerys has hands-on social media skills from supporting the O'Neill's marketing team: managing Instagram content, creating posts and reels, editing photos and video, and contributing to email marketing. She's used Canva and InDesign, and is active across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Substack.

Akeiyla R-P.

Akeiyla graduated in 2025 with a degree in Media and Communications and is looking to build hands-on experience across marketing and social media. She's a genuine social media native, with a sharp eye for trends and audience behaviour, and has already started creating her own content using CapCut.

She understands what it takes to build an engaged audience: consistency, planning and a clear point of view, and she's keen to sharpen those skills further with real project experience.
